Concourse Team Express operates several leading online stores for baseball, softball and general sports equipment. Since 1990, the company has been known for high quality gear and exceptional customer service.


By 2022, their websites had accumulated outdated code, slow performance, design issues and more than sixty extensions requiring updates. The platform was still running on Magento 2.3.5 with significant performance bottlenecks, UX challenges and search issues.
